Zipa is a fashion e-commerce platform operating exclusively in Nepal. We connect buyers with sellers to facilitate online shopping and delivery of fashion products throughout Nepal. Our services include:

  • Product browsing and discovery
  • Secure account creation and management
  • Communication between buyers and sellers
  • Order placement and tracking
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) payment processing
  • Product returns and refunds

Important: Zipa acts as an intermediary platform. Individual sellers are responsible for product quality, accuracy of descriptions, and fulfillment of orders.


3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use our Platform. By using Zipa, you represent and warrant that:

  • You meet the minimum age requirement
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • All information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing:

  • Full name
  • Valid phone number
  • Email address
  • Secure password

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Purchase from one store per transaction

  • Chat directly with sellers before making a purchase
  • Add multiple delivery addresses for convenient checkout

6.3 Communication with Sellers

Our Platform includes a chat feature that allows you to:

All communications must be respectful and related to legitimate business inquiries.

6.4 Order Placement

By placing an order, you:

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Payment Method

Zipa currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is collected by the delivery personnel at the time of product delivery.

7.2 Payment Obligations

  • You must have the exact or sufficient cash amount ready at delivery
  • Payment must be made in Nepalese Rupees (NPR)
  • Delivery personnel may provide change for reasonable amounts
  • Failure to make payment may result in order cancellation and potential account restrictions

7.3 Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR)
  • Prices include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
  • Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly displayed before checkout
  • We are not responsible for pricing errors; orders with incorrect prices may be cancelled

8. Delivery

8.1 Delivery Coverage

We provide delivery services throughout Nepal. Delivery times may vary based on:

  • Your location
  • Product availability
  • Seller processing time
  • Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances

8.2 Delivery Process

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout
  • You will receive notifications about your order status
  • You must provide accurate delivery address information
  • Someone must be available to receive the order and make payment

8.3 Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

is owned by Zipa or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

12.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer or decompile our software

12.4 Seller Content

Sellers retain ownership of their product images, descriptions, and videos. By listing products, sellers grant Zipa a license to display and promote their content on the Platform.


13. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Engage in fraudulent activities or payment disputes
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or sellers
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data
  • Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
  • Post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Manipulate reviews or ratings
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination and potential legal action.


14. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

14.1 Service Availability
